Water efficiency labelling in the Algarve

The Jupiter Hotel Group has signed up to the "Save Water" Water Efficiency Label at all hotels in the Algarve: Jupiter Algarve Hotel, Jupiter Marina Hotel - Couples & Spa and Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun.

The Algarve is the region most affected by water scarcity in Portugal, and so Turismo de Portugal, the Algarve Tourism Board and ADENE - Agência para a Energia (Energy Agency) got together and created the ‘Save Water’ label with the objective of honouring tourist resorts that implement concrete measures to reduce water consumption.

The Group is committed to adopting efficient and conscious water management measures, contributing to a 15 per cent reduction in the volume of water consumed by the urban sector.
